Production & Logistics

Sionainn Laoi is a fully self-contained duo. We are happy to adapt to the needs of your venue, whether it’s a purely acoustic house concert, a library program with a small footprint, or a festival stage with a professional sound crew.

• Intimate Spaces: For small venues, we can provide a high-quality, compact PA.

• Concerts (50+): For larger venues, we provide a high-quality mixer and full PA system for a modest production fee.

Basics

Arrival & Soundcheck: Access to the venue 60 minutes prior to doors; 20-minute soundcheck.

Performance Space: Minimum stage dimensions 6' x 10' (except house concerts)

Backstage/Green Room: A secure place to store instrument cases and coats

PA: Our set uses full dynamic range and requires a PA free of hum/buzz

Channel 1: Fiddle - XLR - balanced pedalboard output

Channel 2: Vocal Mic - XLR - prefer SM58 or similar

Channel 3: Guitar 1 - XLR - balanced DI output

Channel 4: Guitar 2 (Octave 12 string) - XLR - balanced DI output

Channel 5: Vocal/Bodhran Mic - XLR - prefer SM58 or similar
